I am a partner at the law firm of Holden Willits, PLC. I represent Phoenix and Arizona owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers in construction and commercial litigation. I also review and draft construction contracts for clients, and represent contractor clients in matters before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
I received my B.S. in Finance and Marketing, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona and my J.D., cum laude, from Arizona State University. In practice, I have been awarded a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating from my peers, and I am honored to be: (1) selected as a Southwest Super Lawyer® in the areas of Construction and Business Litigation from 2022-2024; and (2) a 2024 Best Lawyers in America selectee. I was also a seven time (2013-2019) Super Lawyers® Rising Stars selectee. Finally, I am honored to have been selected as one of Arizona’s Finest Lawyers and as a Charter Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. I am a member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Construction Law Section and a past President of the Scottsdale Bar Association. I am also a member of the Arizona Builders Alliance and a 2021 graduate of its Leadership Development Forum (“LDF”).
I am almost an Arizona native. I was born in Michigan, but moved to Phoenix when I was young. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and coaching my kids’ sports teams.
